Your content
You keep all rights to the offer details and persona data you submit and to the sequences you generate. You are responsible for reviewing copy before sending it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content or in ways that disrupt it for others. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
Payments
ColdMailer is a paid service billed through our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Always verify generated sequences for accuracy and compliance before sending them to prospects.
